A Novel, Self-Referral Self-Pay Service
By providing an alternative, paid-for service, we put control of an individual’s healthcare into their hands. We work in partnership with our clients and their families to understand immediate needs, then provide support ranging from physiotherapy, occupational therapy, care navigation or other care as needed.
With early and tailored intervention, clients can avoid falls, injury or other crisis points that can rapidly escalate.
This reduces the need for increasing levels of healthcare intervention that puts further pressure on local NHS and social care services. It also helps individuals maintain their quality of life for longer.
Easy-to-Access Healthcare Support
Our clients receive support for their immediate needs without having to navigate their way through the NHS, knowing they can return to the NHS at any point for further care.
